Wellness In Me - Women’s Mental Wellness Conference
HER Cause is committed to supporting the mental health and overall well-being of Black women and women of color. Our annual conference is designed to provide you with the tools and resources you need to thrive. Learn more.
Ambassador Training Program
ATP trains women to identify and detect signs, facilitate conversations, and teach women to promote and incorporate mental health practices. Learn more about becoming a HER Cause, Inc. Ambassador.
Advocacy
Through a variety of programs, we work to foster hope and healing connections through outlets such as crisis lines and support groups, and endorse and uphold public policies in mental health.
5K Walk Fundraiser
Our fundraiser raises awareness and shatters the stigma surrounding mental health for Black women and women of color, with proceeds supporting HER Cause’s training programs. Learn more.
HER Cause Mobile App
